Welcome to the PCSA
Do you desire to give back to your community? Are you interested in gaining an inside view of the day-to-day operations required to maintain and improve our common grounds and communities? Do you want to contribute to long term planning, finance, and infrastructure strategies? If so, we want you on the board!
New board members are elected each year as part of PCSA's annual meeting. Once elected, positions are determined based on individual strengths and desires. (Candidates are elected a seat on the board, not a specific position). Board terms are for three years.
Typical board member commitments include supporting activities such as inspections, meetings, social activities, landscaping oversight, and handling administrative decisions of the day-to-day maintenance responsibilities for the community.

The deadline for nominations to be received is Thursday, January 15th.
Nominations will be included in the Annual Meeting Notice.
