12 distinct neighborhood sections surround scenic lakes and a 4.3 acre recreation site complete with clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court and playground for all residents to enjoy.

Per the Amended and Restated Bylaws of PCSA, Section 3.8. Quorum. Except as otherwise provided in these Bylaws, the presence in person or by proxy of the Owners holding ten percent (10%) of the aggregate Class A membership votes shall constitute a quorum at all meetings of the Members of the Association.
Unfortunately, the Annual Meeting scheduled for February 18th only achieved 63 of the 90 required votes and had to be postponed.
Voting will reopen at 9am on February 19th and remain open until 9am on Friday, February 27th.
This is your opportunity to have input into your community.
